Dental Fillings
Dental fillings are used to restore the function, integrity, and morphology of missing tooth structure resulting from cavities or external trauma. The process involves removing the decayed portion of the tooth and filling it with a suitable material.

In Zealous Dental, we do not use amalgam (silver fillings) to fill teeth anymore. Instead, we use composite, a tooth colored mixture of plastic resin and fine glass particles, for dental fillings. Composite can be color-matched to the natural shade of your teeth, making them less noticeable.
